Timelines and deadlines
The strict deadline for submissions is 5pm on 15 January 2027. Submissions received after this time will not be reviewed.
All submitters will receive a decision on their session and feedback by 26 February 2027. Successful submissions will then be given until 26 March 2027 to finalise their session and confirm speakers.
There is no flexibility in the timelines and deadlines for session development. Please only submit a proposal if your team has the capacity to deliver to the timelines outlined.

| 21 Apr 2027 (TBC) | NHS Health and Care Expo programme launches |
| May 2027 | Session leads finalise session plans and brief speakers |
| 11 Jun 2027 | Session leads submit a session runsheet and any slide presentations to the NHS Health and Care Expo team |
